We got an offer at 9pm and worked through it till almost midnight because Tina explains every step in the contract. We closed within 24 days. No surprises at closing. Even the fact that I am a non US citizen raised immediate awareness so we could prepare for closing. This is such a stressful process but her experience and knowledge kept me calm and I felt I was in good hands!
